Zippy Falling Out of Window 3-17-11

Yesterday Parke shook out bathroom rugs through the bathroom window. He forgot to close the window and screen. Later, he saw Zippy in that window as she fell out the window. Parke went outside to get her. She was frantically jumping up the side of the house trying to get back in how she got out. I bet windows will be closed from now on. Parke LOVES Zippy.

Some Cats Use a Pillow

Finn took his nap with his head on this pillow. He's just waking up here. Baby is still out in the background.

Floppy Finn 3-17-11

Finn is not trying to get away. He is just very relaxed hanging off Parke's arm.

Finn on Counter Again! 3-17-11

He acts like he's allowed up there. Such a cutie.

Finn in the Sink 3-13-11

Walked in the kitchen to find Finn sleeping in the sink. First time I saw that. By the time I got the camera, he was getting up. He had been caught in the act!!!!! I know this will disgust some people, but really, how can you get upset at a big fluffy boy?

For some reason, Finn started hanging out on the counter earlier this week. I think I got that habit broken, but not until after taking a few pics.

Finn, My Facebook Friend 3-12-11

I have to work around Finn at the computer. He's my facebook friend some days.

Collector of Chicken Decor 3-11

I think I'm starting to collect chicken stuff. The one pic shows an antique egg scale.

Chicken Seminar 3-12-11

We went to a chicken seminar in Carlisle. We learned a few things at the seminar. The main guy speaking worked for Purina and was part of the game commission. He dealt with farms with thousands of chickens. Well, people there today have or want backyard chickens. The speakers weren't always on their level, so (me being me), I started to answer their questions. Then afterward, I had several people seek me out for answers to their questions. Do I always have to open my mouth???

No More Snow for Hens 3-2-11

Parke Napping with Cats 2-23-11

Came home to find Parke napping with Rocky and Baby. Parke must be turning into a cat since he likes to nap so much.

Chickens on Snow Path 2-14-11

The girls will be much happier when the snow is gone and they have the whole yard.

Finn and Zippy 2-10-11

Nap time, which is often with cats. Zippy sort of opened one eye when she heard the camera. Finn just doesn't care about a camera.
