We took 6 chickens to the Lebanon Valley Home for a program for 80 independent residents. all the hens are unique and enjoyed by the people. But Phyllie was a big hit. First pic is of two women who wanted to hold her.Second pic - Our friend Betty, who I've known for 40 years, is NOT an animal lover. Never had pets, doesn't care about people's pets. Well, she was fascinated with Phyllie and held her for half an hour. I took pics to show her daughters because they aren't going to believe she was affectionately holding a chicken.
